[Rules]
Basically follows the rules of BRS ver.003. Differences from BRS are listed below.
[BMS format]
・It must be a BMS, PMS, or BMSON work that follows the theme of your favorite color and can be played normally on any BMS player.
If you have a BMS or score that uses special specifications or commands that can only be run on a specific player that supports it, such as BMSON or 62-hexadecimal BMS, please be sure to specify the recommended player.
・Please include one or more scores that can be played normally. If you have a score that uses special commands that can only be run on a specific player, such as compressed sound sources (ogg, etc.), WAV extended definitions, long notes, stop sequences, etc., please be sure to specify the recommended player.
・It must be an unreleased BMS. It is okay to make BMS from a previously released song.
・We recommend using zip or rar as the compression format.
・In addition to originals, you can submit arrangements and remixes. However, you must obtain permission from the original arranger or remixer and specify the source.
※Submitting copied BMS is prohibited at this event.
・As mentioned above, it is mandatory to attach BGA (preferably themed around your favorite color) or similar files (BGI (single image), background image, banner image, title image, miss image, etc.).
However, you do not have to include BGA/BGI only if you have specified only transparent/imperceptible colors (this does not apply if the color is combined with other colors).
If these files are not attached to the archive by the end of the registration period, your submission will be disqualified.
If it is discovered that these files are not included in the archive during the registration period, the management will announce the need to correct the file.
If this is the case, please make the corrections as soon as possible.
If the corrections are not made after the end of the registration period, you will be disqualified as described above.
[About theme colors]
Basically, all colors that can be expressed with a color code (hexadecimal notation "#xxxxxx") are eligible, but we recommend using JIS conventional color names or web colors that are named for the color.
You can also specify up to 10 colors (you can also specify the 7 colors of the rainbow individually).
You can also use gold, silver, transparent, or imperceptible colors as the theme.
When registering, please specify the theme color in the color code in the work comment.
You can also write the conventional color name (sky blue, etc.) at the same time.
※Gold, silver, transparent, and imperceptible colors are special frames. When specifying, please enter the following color code.
Gold: #FFD700
Silver: #c0c0c0
Transparent and imperceptible colors: The symbol "?" (When specifying, be sure to write whether you are referring to a transparent or imperceptible color on the work summary page)
For details on entering theme colors, see here.
※Changing the "theme color" after registering the work is prohibited except for misprinting or misspecification. Any violation of this rule will result in disqualification.
[BMS Prohibitions]
If you commit any of the prohibited acts in "Regarding BMS" in BRS ver.003, you may be disqualified.
[Work Registration]
・A maximum of 7 works can be registered per BMS creator (fake names can be used, including works under that name).
If more than 8 works are registered, only the first 7 registered works will be accepted, and all works beyond that will be disqualified (replacement of works by canceling already registered works will not be permitted)
Also, when registering multiple works, please try not to overlap your favorite colors as much as possible (this is not prohibited)
・If you are unable to download due to an incomplete work link, the management may request that you correct the DL link. If you do not correct the DL link within the grace period proposed by the management, you will be disqualified, so please be careful when registering.
・As mentioned above, changing the "theme color" after registering a work is prohibited, except for misprinting or incorrect specification. Violating this rule will result in disqualification. If you make a misprint or incorrect specification, please either write about it in the description or contact the management and correct it.
・Modification of the archive link after the work registration period has ended is prohibited (changes will be prohibited in the venue's settings).
In addition, if you add or modify a score, you can submit it by adding a DL link to the work summary comment as a difference.
However, for BGA and similar files, only additions will be allowed. (Modifications to already registered files will not be allowed until impression period has ended. If the management determines that you have violated the rules, you may be disqualified.)
If you directly modify the archive link without clearly stating this, you may be disqualified.
When modifying the link, do not forget to write the changes in the work page summary.
[Impressions]
- In addition to your comments, you can check the following two boxes for each work.
<FAVORITE!> "Criteria: Did you like the work after playing it?"
<Good Push!> "Criteria: Did it express and appeal all the recommended colors presented by the creator?"
You can check these two items. In other words, the maximum number of checks you can get per work is two.
There are also numerical fields you can fill in, but please enter the degree to which you like the work with a maximum of 200 and a minimum of 1.
This number will affect the ranking criteria and ranking calculation below.
This number will not be made public until the end of the impression period.
In addition, only one work that you checked during your impression can be marked with "Super colorful!!!" in a special form outside the venue (if the impression has 0 checks, the mark will be invalid).
If you make an impression of a work marked with "Super colorful!!!", you will receive a bonus (up to 2 x 3) that will triple the number of checks for the impression marked with "Super colorful!!!" when it is tallied!
* The "Super colorful!!!" award form will be made public during the registration period and will be available for use after the impression period begins.
[Notes on the form]
- Only works that have already been given impressions during the impression period can be given the label.
- Once your answer is deemed valid, the management will give the impression the "Super colorful!!!" label.
- Please answer using the same username as when you made your impression. If it is different, your answer will be invalid.
- Once the management has given "Super colorful!!!" to a work, it cannot be cancelled or the work replaced.
- In the case of multiple answers, it will only be given to the impression that the management first judged to be a valid answer.
- If it is given to a work that has not been given an impression or a work with 0 checks, it will be invalid (because 0 x 3 = 0 checks). In that case, you will be contacted to specify it again.
[Things that are forbidden in impressions]
If you commit any of the prohibited acts in the "Impression" section of BRS ver.003, your impression may be invalidated.
In particular, if the organizers find any impressions that fit the following criteria, they will be deleted without notice after their own judgment.
-Abusive language such as slander or harassment, or content that is unrelated to the work.
-Other content that the management side is forced to deem inappropriate.
It is prohibited to post impressions of your own work or works that you have been involved in the creation of, or to post multiple impressions.
If you have done so by mistake, please report it immediately.
[Ranking format]
- The work with the most checks will be the winner.
If there are ties, the ranking will be determined by the following criteria.
① The most "Super colorful!!!" checks
② The largest total value of the numbers written in the number column
③ The most "theme colors" used
④ The smallest registration number
- After the event, the following items will be tallied (all items except for the total number of checks are reference numbers)
Total number of checks obtained
Number of <Good Push!> checks obtained
Number of <FAVORITE!> checks obtained
Number column total value
Number column average value
Number column median value
Number of "Super colorful!!!" checks obtained
